Charlie Anderson

Mr. Anderson has over 30 years of accounting
and financial experience, with an extensive
background in general ledger accounting, tax
accounting, database management, personnel management,
employee benefits, investments and computer
programming. His industry experience includes
life insurance, healthcare, pension investment
advisory services, stock brokerage, telecommunications,
construction equipment, nursing homes and manufacturing.
Since 1999, Mr. Anderson has worked as an accounting
consultant for bankruptcy chapter 11 trusts
and other companies in financial distress. In
these matters, he was responsible for providing
reliable historical accounting records for the
trustee, attorneys, accountants and other involved
parties to use in closing the affairs of the
bankrupt estates. Mr. Anderson’s expertise in
accounting and databases makes it possible for
him export the accounting tables of a bankrupt
company’s accounting system (a system usually
to expensive for a bankruptcy trust to maintain)
into access tables - databases that are then
linked together to produce any report the original
accounting system could produce. When the situation
calls for it, these accounting tables are imported
into a new accounting system. These new tables
– databases – accounting systems are then used
to do the financial analysis necessary for claims
analysis, preference analysis and any other
financial review the trustee feels is necessary
to fulfill his obligations to the creditors
and the courts.
